Since its inception in 1993, Chipotle has been generous with its vegan options. Plant-based patrons could always rely on a solid meal of rice, beans, fajita veggies, salsa, and guac for the first 20 years of this chain’s existence, but in 2013, Chipotle introduced the vegan sofritas—a game-changing option of spicy braised tofu. This build-your-own […]

Ash Gemini says:

The recipe is not on the website??

Laurie Beth Baker says:

The website isn’t working for some reason 🤷🏽

Patrick Pepin says:

Was this recipe removed from the website?

plantae tivoli says:

can you ship me the crusty ends? lol 🙂

MsBrutus64 says:

The bread looks awesome but when you said to add garlic or onions that was enough to put me off. Yuck! No way! The stench and the flavour of onion and garlic is disgusting!

Pam Bosnar says:

Help! Made this for the first time today, and the top is beautiful but the bottom burned. Used a Dutch oven and cooked according to directions. Actually only cooked for 8 minutes after uncovering, so I’m not sure what happened.

Jon Bishop says:

no Sugar ? I'm not into sugar as in the amounts they use in Commercial Bakeries., But I do use 1 tsp of unrefined demerara sugar and I have my loaf complete in 1 1/2 hours, I bake a no knead whole meal/wheat loaf , I need the natural bran 🙂

Vivianna Madrigsl says:

Measurements?

Steffan King says:

Did anyone else think it was their Alexa going off and couldn't figure out why until she turned off here's, which in return turned off mine! I was so confused, Had me there for a min!

Sherri Bryant says:

Thanks for this video I am a new subscriber and loved the content. Can you substitute another pan if you don’t have a Dutch oven?

Kennedi Campbell says:

is it vegan? lol 😂

Shirley Tan says:

Hello from singapore.. can i replace the all purpose flour with wheat flour instead?

patricia lopez says:

It ended up gummy/chewy inside but nice and crisp on outside. What did I do wrong? 🥺

Bea R says:

I love this bread! Thanks for the recipe!!!!

D. Mills says:

So I made this recipe exactly, using gourmet truffle salt and cooking it in my Pirex, and it turned out PERFECT. Nice quantity of air holes, good consistency and crunchy brown exterior.

The only thing is that the inside of the bread doesn’t have much flavor, tastes like flour and water. What can I put in this to create a bit more of a sourdough flavor, or even a honey flavor? And if I add something to accomplish that, should I take out an equal quantity of water away?

Tamra Chris says:

Did I miss the actual recipe amounts?

D. Mills says:

I’m thinking of trying a half recipe of this in my air fryer. What do you think?

Lynette Strickland says:

So, the LeCrueset knob can handle the heat? When I’ve made this sort of recipe, it baked at 450 and I have read that the LeCrueset standard black knobs are only safe to 450 and I was scared to try it.

Estefania Sanchez says:

Help, is instant dry yeast the same?

Bush Master says:

Seriously, its that easy to make bread? I got a narrow ass oven, is there anything else I could cook this in – air fryer, insta cook or buy some sort of bread machine?

Angela Murano says:

I can’t wait to make this bread! I just ordered a Dutch oven. I’ve watched several videos like this but yours is the easiest to follow. ♥️🥖
