Kale has recently come to finally get it’s due as a very healthy leafy vegetable. It is very high in fiber and low in calories, contains many vitamins. Kale is not associated with Indian cooking so it is great to be able to incorporate it in an Indian meal. This recipe is quick, easy, has lots of textures and you get to use every inch of it. Besan – 1/2 cup
Turmeric – quarter teaspoon
Cumin – quarter teaspoon
Red chili powder – to taste
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Corrianda powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
Mix in 1 tablespoon of oil

Add Oil in Skillet – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/8 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies to taste
Garlic cloves – 4 or 5
Add salt quarter teaspoon to taste
Add kale stocks

for Sushi is there any alternative to make without Sushi sheets (sea weed)
N simple Sushi recipe without using that Sushi rice cant we make with mota rice or basmati

I followed this recipe and the tast was little bit like rajgira (राजगिरा) vegetable, this is edible and good too.

Nice dish but my my kale was too hard and chewy. I think a better idea is to part boil it before hand and then fry it after draining.
