We’re back on the sauce this week with this incredible Indian curry sauce. This one is vegetable based so its a great way to increase how many hidden vegetables you can squeeze into your dinner. It yields more than enough for 2 days worth of dinners too! It’s really delicious and easy to make once you have your veg roasted! Let us know in the comments what you think.

The traditional way is to actually infuse the whole spices in the oil, not the ground versons, those are added later so as not to burn them. Just a thought!

AMAZING recipe! Such a great idea to blend roasted veges into the sauce. Follow the recipe on their website though, in the video he forgot to mention 2 Tbsps of ground almonds (or any nut). It really adds something this butter-chicken-like dish. Thanks dudes!
