Ingredients
* 3 cups unsweetened oat milk
* 1 cup coconut oil, melted (can sub with another neutral oil or applesauce
* 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 4 cups flour (use GF flour if needed)
* 2 cups vegan cane sugar
* 4 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt
* 4 tsp vanilla

I thought i left a comment (and probably did 😩) but i made this for my birthday but modified it by making it lemon poppyseed with a raspberry filling. Thank you for a well explain guide and I went to makeitdairyfree.com and followed the instructions (without creaming butter and sugar) all the non vegans in my house tried to finish my cake. I had to take the last two pieces in a rush.
Any ingredients in grams? 😭

A friend baked this cake for me for the new year since I told her that I had not eaten any cake all Christmas due to restriction of dairy in my diet and it was so delicious that I decided to try it myself. I modified it and made it cherry flavoured. My family still can't believe the results. This cake is so soft and moist that real cake got nothing on it!!! This is the REAL DEAL!!!! Also what I liked about it is that it was super easy to make- ALL IN ONE. I will be using this recipe from now on to gift cakes to family and friends. Ps-I wish I had this cake on my wedding day!!!

I have tried multiple recipes with acv and it has an aftertaste I'm not a fan of. I want to cake not to taste like it is different from a regular cake. Will lemon juice work as well since it is acidic?
CAN i use a coconut sugar?
