Episode 73: Vegan Crab Cakes featuring Artichoke Hearts 🦀

This recipe was inspired by HOT FOR FOOD, one of my fav vegan youtube channels! I personally havent had a strong craving for seafood but if you do these “crab” cakes are def for you!

Here is the Recipe:

2 cups of marinated(drained) artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons of the artichoke liquid ( I kinda think it wouldve been easier to make patties without it but didnt test that theory)
1/4 cup purple onion(finely chopped)
1/2 cup celery( finely chopped)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chickpea flour
2 teaspoons sugar ( or 1 teaspoon if using sugar free)
2 teaspoon of old bay ( sprinkle till your heart desires)
salt and pepper to taste
