I love baking but my mom never gets to eat what I make bc she doesn’t eat eggs. I felt bad so I made her these as cupcakes and BITCH! These were the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten!!! I ate 5 and I feel like I’m gonna die but it was so worth it. My mom absolutely loved the cupcakes, she was so happy. And she’s a very picky eater so that’s saying something! Definitely making these again!

I made this for my daughters first Birthday. It was actually the best vegan cake I have ever eaten. I payed $75 for a vegan cake that was not great. This was amazing. I put a little more lemon and it tasted like lemon cake. Delicious.

I’ve been a fan of you since before I went vegan, which was about 4 years ago. You’re so upbeat and I like that. Also, thank you for the tiramisu video! I’m about to watch it. A local pizza place has their own but it isn’t vegan (some of their pizzas are, though!). I’m excited. 🙂
So I wanted to try this cake for a long time now and decided to do it yesterday-on my birthday. When I finished the frosting and decoration it actually looked quite good. But when I tried it….well… it was waaaaay too sweet. I do like sweet things but this was just too much. Oh and in my opinion there is way too much frosting. But everyone has different preferences so yeah. Love how smiley you all are the time tho xx
I have my birthday in two days and i wanna make this for me and my family. I dont eat milk cuz of my skin problems so i decided for this cake. Im so excited to try it! Just one question- can i just add vegan butter and not vegetable shortening? I cant find it in my stores…
