An important question for you Caitlin: why do hardly use oil? Not every fat is bad! Vegetable oil is very good for your body. Oils like canola oil or hemp oil contain polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 3 & omega 6). These can’t be produced by our bodies so we have to take them in with our food.

True…. Olive oil is very healthy….. In Mediterranean countries we have it as the real deal… Liquid gold… I have it for breakfast everyday…. Also in salads…. Raw/not fried….

@Mariana Carvalho de Melo no she didn’t? She’s not a dietitian and has never claimed to be a nutritionist (which is an unregulated term that doesn’t require a degree, so even if she did it would be meaningless)
@Liron New “healthy” ceramic cookware has arrived – there’s The Rock “Clean” (white, as opposed to the darker Rock), Green Life “healthy, non toxic” ceramic cookware and all the latest copper stuff..
Going vegan is very hard because my family are big meat eaters, but I try my best and hopefully will become a full vegan 💕
