Did you use canned or raw soaked chickpeas. I tried this with canned chickpeas and it didn't hold up.

I tried chickpeas for the first time a couple weeks ago and I totally couldn't mash them with a fork. Those things were hard. I had to put them in a blender and they didn't even wanna chop up in the blender😂

The falafel look lovely but unfortunately for the 1 in 3 people who suffer from fructose malabsorption they are deadly. FYI Most of the 1 in 3 don't know they have FODMAP issues. You are lucky to be able to eat all those delicious ingredients that cause people like me immense pain and discomfort.
