It's not ALIOLI…it's called AGLIO e OLIO (garlic and oil)
Geeez guys, I love you and your recipes, but almost everything about this dish doesn't have much to do with the Italian one, not even the name! Aioli is the anglicized term for Catalan garlic dip "allioli", what you meant is "aglio, olio e peperoncino". I HATE to tell you this and I'm sorry, but you really need to check the Italian recipes you make because most of them are really bad.
