These grilled calamari are marinated in a spicy Cajun seasoning prepared with paprika, thyme, cayenne pepper and lime. Served with a side of vegetables and brown rice, this recipe is a healthy and balanced meal packed with proteins, in under 500 calories.

Shiitake Mushrooms 320 g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2
Oregano 1 tbsp
Cloves 1 pinch
Cinnamon 1 pinch
Chillies 1 tsp
Wholewheat Fusilli 280 g
Tahini 4 tbsp
Fresh Parsley to taste

Have you tried using other nuts besides walnuts? I often use almonds, cashews, pistachios, or pine nuts. Which would you recommend?
