Good try but far from the authentic chickpea curry you'll find back home. There is no bay leaf, cinnamon bark, cardamom, star anise, cloves and the main ingredients (Roasted cumin powder and pomegranate powder) in his curry – Not sure where the flavours would come from w/o all these whole spices. Sorry, super high standards when it comes to curries!
