Recipe:
15 digestive biscuits
15 marshmallows
15 cherries/ Maltesers/ 100g choc chips
200g condensed milk
Enough desiccated coconut or icing sugar to cover the fifteens at the end.
Method:
1. Crush digestive biscuits using a rolling pin and food bag OR a food processor, add to large bowl.
2. Cut marshmallows into 4 pieces with scissors. I find dipping the scissors into warm water before cutting keeps the marshmallows from sticking. Add to bowl and stir with a wooden spoon.
3. Add other ingredients of choice – cherries/ chocolate chips etc. You can decide!
4. Add condensed milk and combine really well with wooden spoon.
5. Tip mixture onto some baking paper or tin foil works too! Make into a sausage shape as best you can, then sprinkle over with coconut or icing sugar, your choice! Roll the paper around it tightly and place in the fridge to set for an hour or so. Remove and slice, place into bun cases and keep in a sealed container, enjoy!
