1 MEDIUM ONION (GRILLED)
1 CUP RICE
1/2 CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS
1 CAN BLACK BEANS
2 TBSP FLAX EGG (2 TBSP GROUND FLAXSEED 4 TBSP WATER)
2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP

SEASONINGS USED:
2 TBSP NO SALT ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
2 TBSP PAPRIKA
2 TBSP CHIPOTLE POWDER
2 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
2 TBSP CAJUN SEASONING
2 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CUMIN

DIRECTIONS:
FORM PATTIES COOK IN FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT 3-5 MIN ON EACH SIDE

STORE BURGERS IN FRIDGE FOR 1 WEEK STORE IN FREEZER FOR 3 MONTHS
MAKES ABOUT 8 PATTIES

I just watched what the Health on Netflix, it really made me sick seeing how meat and animals are process. So today I came back to vegan videos for guidance on how and where to start. I removed diary from my diet January 2020 and immediately felt a change in my body: sinus infections practically went away, I wasn't bloated, I stop breaking out..the list goes on. Well now I really want to go fully vegan, im just concerned about the prep time to make these foods. I am going to start off eating salad of course, but that gets boring after a while.
