When you type “the stew” into Google, Alison Roman’s Spiced Chickpea Stew With Coconut and Turmeric is first result. It’s so popular that it even has its own hashtag: #thestew. And it really is as good as the internet says.

3:21 I worked as a cook in a restaurant and the chef there said to me when I did this "fingers away from the butt!"
Why haven't you even liked anyone's likes?

Exceptional work! We're definitely trying this out! Perhaps also adding a touch of ground cumin at the end as well. Thanx soo much for sharing this delicious dish!
Make a shitty version of chana masala, call it chickpea stew, present it as your own invention, go viral.
Make shitty version of yoga, call it goat yoga, make billions out of it.
Read bouddhayana shulba sutras, call it pythagorean theorem.

I made this recipe one 10 times already, all my guests love it, so do I. Easy and lovely ad you can add all kinds of vegetables, spinach etc and it is also delicious. I eat a lot of Indian food, it is nothing like that. It is simpler in taste, but something less is more:)
My daughter introduced me to you and your “the stew”. Love it.
