Hello my beautiful viewers!! Happy Wednesday once again! hope your all having a great week so far! today’s video is a bittersweet GOODBYE to the OG living plantfully kitchen!!! 😫 If you’ve been w/me since day one then you know that this kitchen is where we started! I wanted to go out with a great recipe and so here it is, easy vegan cornbread that is extremely delicious, fluffy, moist and just PERF!! Your gonna love it! I’m going to miss this kitchen LIKE CRAZY! Are you?! lemme know!

Ingredients
1 Flax egg(1 Tbsp ground flax seed + 3 Tbsp water)
1 C non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Sunflower oil
3 Tbsp vegan butter (melted)
1 C all-purpose flour
1 1/4 C yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 C cane sugar
1/2 tsp salt
*Serve still warm w/vegan butter

I made this cornbread today for New Years Day. OMG it is AMAZING I followed it all the way and my husband thought I used Jiffy cornbread. I'm completely Vegan but I do cook him non-vegan "treats" for him every now and then but I wanted cornbread too. I just can't say how thankful I am for this recipe. So yummy!! 💜💜

i love this recipe ive made it twice, but the ground flax egg is kinda dense and it doesnt really blend into the batter for me like when i bake it i see the little flakes of flax. ima try to make it with a apple sauce instead

Pretty good stuff. Used all-purpose gluten-free flour, coconut oil in place of butter, olive oil and regular brown sugar. I would probably not use the coconut oil next time since I think it affects the flavor too much. Texture is nice, and the bread isn't too thin like others I saw on Youtube.

This looks really good. I like how you didn't add corn, since I can't eat corn because it's bad on my stomach digestive system. I haven't ate corn bread in years, I'm now eating home cooked Healthy Vegan food, with natural ingredients only.

Why using industrialised sugar? It would be better to use honey or maple syrup on that cornbread.
