    • How to Make Anything Vegan at Chipotle: the Complete Guide February 21, 2021
Since its inception in 1993, Chipotle has been generous with its vegan options. Plant-based patrons could always rely on a solid meal of rice, beans, fajita veggies, salsa, and guac for the first 20 years of this chain’s existence, but in 2013, Chipotle introduced the vegan sofritas—a game-changing option of spicy braised tofu. This build-your-own […]

Today, we celebrate the infinitely delicious ways ingredients can come together between two slices of bread. Me too!! I would make all of them right now 😅🤤

Juliette York says:

That steak looks INSANE. The scallops – genius. EVERYTHING. I’m drooling onto my keyboard. I wish the world could taste delicious vegan food like this – people would realize they don’t have to sacrifice their favorite tasty, decadent dishes. You need to open a worldwide chain of restaurants – including the drive-thru types – so we can spread the message of vegan deliciousness.
I also wonder if some of your creations could be sold in supermarkets – either fresh or frozen. Could the steak be sold frozen and reheated at home, with sauce in a packet? Just wondering how we go about introducing the masses to yummy vegan food. I’d invest in such a venture.

Juliette York says:

Elizabeth Albert

Sounds logical (said no one ever).

John Hunt says:

@Jemimah Kendall what you said just isn’t true. Have a look at how much CO2 is produced from the rearing of animals such as cows etc then come back. Seriously, go and do it. You’ll see you were wrong.

tanzaniteblueeye says:

Than you crave real meat.
Btw do you want to be reminded about meat by eating something that looks like a piece off death flesh? ITS so hypocrit.
Checkout sv3rige channel here on YouTube with The human apex predator VS mentally disabled vegans. Eyeopener.

RitaTocta says:

@Jemimah Kendall that’s not true, dear. A vegan doesn’t have to eat imported food as in opposition of a meat/dairy eater Will always eat imported food because the cattle eats imported food. It’s very pricey to feed the cattle instead of eating cereals/vegetables in the first place. So the food they eat to become your food later is usually produced in countries where children are hungry because the cereal crops instead of feeding them Will feed animals to feed you. A steak is basically starving a child somewhere. It’s not natural it never was. People can’t eat so much meat/dairy. Reduce it once a week at least if you want to talk about sustainability.

RitaTocta says:

@tanzaniteblueeye stop watching eyeopening videos and go meet people and talk you’ll Discover that those black and white internet theories don’t hold in the real life. I was raised in the country, I know how to kill a chicken never watched a documentary about becoming vegan but I do know the meat industry around me in person, so I decided to cut meat/dairy. I eat plant based and buy mostly from local producers. I improve my local economy. I reduce my polution footprint. And I overcame a lot of chronic diseases (cholestrol, high blood pressure, sciatica) as a side effect. This is my experience, I can talk about it because I lived it not because someone told me what to think. Try things! Then, talk.

linzertube says:

You guys make magic happen in the kitchen….soooo talented!!! I’ve got to get your books!

I’m a meat eater and cook. My vegan Uncle came to visit for a week, I was able to keep his belly full and the non vegans even loved the vegan dishes.

I’ll have to incorporate vegan dishes when I Sunday cater for our church. I bet it’d be appreciated.

Thank you!

tanzaniteblueeye says:

Yeah but it has to look like a real pease if death flesh because i want to be reminded about it. Texture smell has to be the same as the real deal 😅.
These vegans sooo hypocrit.

teagan75 & Jerle17 says:

tanzaniteblueeye it’s a way to get them beyond it. I did this a while with my husband until he began to like the taste of actual vegetables. Now we don’t do this much at all. The occasional seitan because it’s plain good 😊

Sam Shorto says:

@tanzaniteblueeye Why is it hypocritical? You can enjoy the taste of meat while thinking it’s morally wrong to eat it. There’s no hypocrisy in that at all.

Alina Weiss says:

All of them, this going to be my Christmas dinner this year! Can’t wait! Thank you!
