After my personal weight loss journey of 22kg in 6 months I have come to make my Indian vegetarian breakfasts full of fresh fruits, vegetables, complex carbs like ragi and hydrating to start my day on a positive and healthy note.

Thanks for sharing these scrumptious breakfasts! You're great but I can't make it myself :p It's hard to find the ingredients here and some are costly for a person like me (unemployed bachelor) :p
Still, I'm being vegan since this January with great results! I cured my chronic diseases i guess. Plus, i do activism every single day and night 😅 I'm a crazy vegan who wanna see a vegan world ASAP! My life is dedicated to veganism now.

Brinjal
Ivy gourd
Ridge gourd
Okra
Raw Banana
Bitter gourd
These are the vegetables we need to eat more than the fruits …Consume fruits in less quantity and veggies in more quantity….replace green n red chillies with black pepper …..simple life… Don't worry about avacado.. juice ridge gourd n cluster beans you feel better n healthy..
Don't worry about kiwi… juice Indian gooseberry … gooseberry has more vitC than kiwi !
