sonya Crader says:

too much oil and sauce.
fry it crispy then why have to cook in sauce to make it soft ?

bigtaxrefund says:

too much oil in those dishes. our body only needs 1 teaspoon of oil equivalent of fat daily. anything more will cause significant weight gain

Michelle M says:

I struggled to get the eggplant crispy, when I was frying it…it would just turn to mush. The dish still tasted good, but not sure what I did wrong. :/
