Being mexican I always find the taco seasoning to be kinda strange haha I don't get it, there's not such thing as "taco flavor" since there are a lot of different types of tacos, so I wonder how does the taco seasoning taste 🤔

I really like the breakfast idea with the chick peas and the sun dried tomato. I would make a balsamic reduction the night before or on the weekend and keep it in the fridge. The balsamic reduction is thicker and sweeter. Balsamic reduction is really good and wont sog out your toast. All you do is heat your vinegar until evaporation reduces it and it looks like syrup.
