I am so proud to Welsh & cooking some #veganised classic dishes from my country was really fun. In the video I make, glamorgan sausages, which I can describe as to something similar to a croquette packed full of lovely sautéed #Welsh leek. I also make Welsh rarebits, which were so tasty, basically fancy cheese on toast & of course as a sweet, I had to make #WelshCakes, this little pan cooked cakes are beautiful. I have some sausages in the oven. Atempimg to double the recipe. I didn’t have miso paste but I added yeast flakes and some oat milk because my mixture was dry. I might finish my sausages in an air fryer
Maybe the pan you’re thinking of is a cast iron skillet?

So funny story about the glamorgan… amateur vegan cook here… apparently, tapioca flour doubles as a starch. Didn’t know that. Coating was a nightmare. Tasted great though. Don’t use tapioca flour for the love!

I have a question regarding non-diary milk. Can any non-diary milk, such as almond, coconut or soy, etc be used in place of diary milk?
