I thought on normal days you can eat what you like you don't have to count calories can you even eat Macdonald s or pizza even cake as much as you want.as long as you fast for 2 days a a week

Vicky I tried your 5:2 diet and it's awesome..you took the hard part out of it ie what do I eat on a fasting day. The salad is awesome and this is doable. Thank you!

hi I do the 5/2 also and I just had a suggestion for the hard boiled egg. cut up cucumbers 1 cup is 15 calories so if you do 1/2 a cup it is 7 calories. cut a scallion put salt/pepper. chop the eggs in there and it is totally yum! and only 10 calories more.
