Hi, i made 4 jars chiaseed pudding with this recipe but i read your intake shouldnt be more dan 15 grams a day. Now my intake is 20 grams. I never eat chia seeds in amount so i'm curious how my body will react😅 Just wanted to raise some awareness about it.

I tried making two things. The banana pudding and the muffins. I don't think I did the muffins well. They taste okay but were moist in the middle and needed to cook longer and drier on the outside. The pudding has good flavor and I improvised with sea salt carmel coconut chips on top.
Alright Gaz, I made those muffins today. I am not the type of person who bothers with garnishing, but you finally tricked me into it. The extra pumpkin seeds, olives and tomatoes on top are REQUIRED. They get all roasted and delicious in the oven. The house smelled like pizza and woke my husband up.
Next time I make them, I'm going to put more olives though. I think your recipe says 8 olives, which is just not enough for my tastes. A combo of garlic-stuffed green olives and kalamatas, perhaps??

What do you suggest in place of flax? I cannot eat flax, it doesn't work well for me, I end up in the bathroom, because I have irritable bowel syndrome with the big D.
