I tried the carrot soup first and it’s amazing. I didn’t have coconut cream so I used a mix of coconut yogurt, oat milk and soy cuisine. It’s really good! Thanks for the great recipe

Don't cook with oil/coconut oils, they oxidize, toxic when heated !!!!
