  • Hi guys! Today we made Vegan spicy stir-fried udon 🙂 We love this recipe because its simple and delicious.

    – Udon noodles 200gr (Boil according to package instructions)
    – Mushroom 130gr
    – 2 cloves of garlic
    – Green onion
    – 1 tbs korean red pepper powder
    – 2 tbs soy sauce
    – 1 tsp sesame oil
    – 2 tsp sugar
    – freshly ground black pepper
    – salt (if needed)

    Sorry I never got back to you about the recipe. Just got disappointed that you not really against animal cruelty towards certain animals.
    But I said I will tell you so I will; it came out really really good ate the whole thing by myself.
    And now I have to let you know that calling a recipe vegan means it is animal cruelty free.
    So if you say it please live it.
    Else so you don’t seem like a hypocrite call it plantbased instead of vegan

    just made this using crushed red pepper flakes! i also didnt use mushroom and instead put bell pepper onion and broccoli! also added sesame seeds it is delicious!

    Just made this using 1/2 tbsp chili & 1/2 tbs paprika (I’ll probably only use 1/4 tbsp chili next time) crushed peanuts and broccoli! So good, thanks for sharing!

    I just made the recipe. i used half a tablespoon of the red pepper (i used the korean hit pepper flakes). i would't put in more unless you like it really spicey. The recipe was really good! my family loved it 🙂

    So yummy! I just made this but used 5 spice as no red pepper powder at the shops, but wow so good ! Thank you, really wanted to stop buying ready made sauces. Great job!
