    For reversing or preventing heart disease use water or broth instead of oil/butter. You can also saute veggies without anything if you do it on a low heat and cover it. The veggies will release their own water.

    Theres no such thing as non-dairy butter. If you take the dairy out of butter it just leaves a pinch of salt & a little moisture. Its vegetable oil margarine folks.

    Actually, you can get the same brown color without the soy sauce (that's high in sodium). Brown the flour by cooking it longer in the coconut oil this is called a "ROUX" then add Himalayan sea salt. Great sauce love your videos!

    I made this for Thanksgiving and it’s so good! Literally could drink it with a spoon! I didn’t have veggie broth so I dissolved 1 ‘No Chicken’ cube in 2 cups water- so so good!
