Good ideas but frankly this for three people
I would serve chic peas balls with potatoes and not with pasta…
I can still eat pasta? oh thank you lord. I am very near to having no animal products in my food/life and I will be cooking your recipe's here as they look quite delicious, but as an Italian if I had to give up pasta though I would do it for the world we live in I would also cry.
The eternal issue I have is milk, I quite like Soya but here in the UK it is 3 times the price of milk and I am way too poor to afford it. It's a pisser that many people would like to give up animal products entirely but through a lack of access to alternative products locally combined often with a premium price tag it makes it harder than it needs to be. So thank you for doing your bit to bring cheaper options to the masses.
