    I'm getting one of those zoodlers for sure. I just turned vegan and I have no clue how to make the dishes interesting, this helps.

    You know what … I sent Dr. Barnard emails for several years trying to convince him to teach people RAW vegan recipes. He even offered me a position for one of his Food For Life instructors, but I turned it down because he said they do mostly cooked vegan, and I couldn't go off their course and teach any raw recipes. Now look what he's doing … a RAW vegan recipe. I guess all the photos and emails I sent him about how easy and yummy it is to make fresh, raw vegan meals finally got through to him. It seriously is so easy to make raw vegan meals … just chop, blend together and wah-la … DONE! No cooking involved, and way less dishes to wash, and LIVING, fresh food full of life and energy! ;D

    I saw an advertisement for Vegfest Windsor on the 25th in Ontario and was stoked to see that Dr. Barnard will be speaking there. I live an hour and a half away so hopefully I can make it.
