Just made the chick pea stew. This is my favorite recipe of Nisha's so far! I didn't have any fresh herbs so I used dried parsley and thyme. Turned out delicious.

Oh, and I used canned chickpeas b/c that was all I had on hand and it still turned out great. I will use soaked chickpeas the next time I make this.

I am just about to make the Instant Pot Fennel, Chickpea, and Brown Rice Stew everything ready to go, accept, I forgot to soak my chickpeas. I only have about 3-4 hour until I have to have dinner ready. Should I quickly make something else or I will be fine ? Please advice.
