Ingredients:
600g of cauliflower florets
1 large potato, cut into cubes
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 bay leaf
3 green cardamom pods
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1 bowl of fresh tomato puree
3/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of hot chilli powder
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of dry fenugreek leaves / kasuri methi
some chopped coriander leaves

I tried this out! Turned out absolutely delicious. Its mix of tangy and spicy! One thing; do keep it for 2-3 hrs for the spices to be absorbed by the vegetables. It would taste damn amazing after that.
